The SLR Magic Anamorphot-50 1.33x is designed to function seamlessly with lenses having a front element diameter of up to 50mm, offering enhanced versatility and compatibility across a wide range of lenses for creative flexibility. When used in conjunction with full-frame sensors, it is recommended to pair the Anamorphot-50 1.33x with lenses having a focal length of 50mm or longer. This combination helps maximize the anamorphic effect and overall image quality when shooting with these lenses, ensuring optimal results.
 
For Super 35 sensors, it is ideal to use lenses with a focal length of 35mm or longer when utilizing the Anamorphot-50 1.33x to achieve the best results tailored to this sensor size. Similarly, when working with Micro Four Thirds sensors, lenses with a focal length of 20mm or greater are suggested to ensure compatibility and achieve the desired anamorphic output specific to this sensor format.
 
The Anamorphot-50 1.33x is equipped with adjustable focus settings marked as "normal" and "near." The near adjustment allows for focusing on subjects closer than 6.5 feet, while setting the adapter to normal mode permits focusing on subjects within a range of 6.5 feet to infinity.
