This set of anamorphic prime lenses from SLR Magic includes 35mm, 50mm, and 70mm lenses. The lenses provide a 1.33x horizontal squeeze, which creates a 2.35:1 aspect ratio on a 16:9 sensor. The lenses feature a PL mount and incorporate a mask within the lens to create flaring more akin to a 2x anamorphic lens. This lens comes with a hard case for storage and transport.

Anamorphot-CINE Lens
Based on our experience with anamorphic adapters and CINE lenses, we have produced these 1.33x Anamorphic-CINE lenses to provide a complete of all-in-one anamorphic lenses. These SLR Magic anamorphic lenses with a maximum aperture of T2.4 (35mm), T2.8 (50mm), and T4 (70mm).
When used with a 16:9 sensor, these lenses provide a 2.35:1 aspect ratio for your images. Available for cameras with S35 and full-frame sensors, the anamorphic lenses allow you to record images in a wider aspect ratio than the sensor's original aspect ratio without cropping the image, thereby maximizing image resolution.
These lenses include a special mask that exaggerates the effect of an anamorphic lens flare effect to simulate the appearance of a 2x anamorphic element. These lenses have a minimum focus distance of 3.5' and feature a geared focus and aperture ring.
It's worth pointing out that the front of the lens rotates as you focus, which may affect your choice of matte box. The 82mm front filter thread allows you to screw in a filter, such as a diopter, to shorten the 3.5' minimum focal length.
